You may purchase the sambal condiments, herbs and spices on its own or you can get it beautifully packed in Serdang Box – beautifully handcrafted by ethnic Bajau people of Sabah. If you are based in Lahad Datu, HAK also offers lunch menu that consists of different variety of meals from the Malay Kitchen in original and vegan versions such as Laksa Johor, Nasi Ulam, Wedding Rice and Nasi Lemak Vegan (pescatarian version available too).
